b. Deposit Requirements: We arrange the deposit price directly with the guest. Payment details will be communicated directly to the guest at the time of booking.

c. Payment Methods: We do not process online payments. Guests pay upon agreement, and specific payment methods will be arranged directly between DUWAY and the guest.

d. Cancellation Policy:

  • If a guest needs to cancel a scheduled service, they must notify us as soon as possible.
  • No cancellation fee applies if the cancellation is made within a reasonable timeframe before the agreed service.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
